Can I keep my cars if I file bankruptcy?

Hello I'm currently paying a loan ( a ford fusion for 13000 to own ) on one car and have another for repairs done on my second car in which I had paid in full when I first got it (3000 first car I ever owned and still have it) I unfortunately barely make enough to cover insurance and my loans I had to go the hospital and now I look at 10000 in hospital bills, a student loan in 8000 and my ex record an apartment after he kicked me out abd wouldn't take my name off the contract the damages are somehow in my name 13000 rounded you see my dilemma I'm thinking about filing bankruptcy because I simply can't fit these in my budget I'm helping my mom with our apartment also so I have no extra money. Will someone explain bankruptcy and what it'll do if you have a car you want to keep but are paying on? I'm not worried about my credit it's screwed already.

Has anyone ever used Dave Ramsey's system or is well versed in Christian financial advise? I need advise?

I have a 2008 Ford Fusion Se 2.3L with 160,000 miles. I still owe about $4,500.00 on it and just this Friday, the Tensioner Pulley went out and the drive belt fell off. The repair cost me $235.00 and my monthly payment is $236.00.

I'm at the point where I don't know whether it is wise to completely pay it off, which will take just under two years, or take it in and apply for a new/used car loan and trade my fusion in.

When it is payed off, it would have well over 200,000 miles and may not be derivable. Dave Ramsey always says not to finance a used car…

Are there Christian wise options outside than financing a new car?

What could cause my car to suddenly stop being able to accelerate while drving?

I have a 2011 Ford Fusion and one day after work as i was driving, lost ability to accelerate. Pulled over, put it on park and car just putt puttd as if it was running out of gas. Switched it off and turned on again and started right up and ran as normal. Took it straight to mechanic. Engine light was previously on with a po456 code so mechanic scanned it and found a second code that read it was an O2 sensor. Had it replaced, engine light was reset and scanned once more with neither code comes up so think that was the end of that. Till after a couple of days later, i have same problem again. This time, no engine light comes on. Took it back to mechanic, he scanned but no codes come up. He tells me it could be a numerous of reasons but tells me he wouldnt know where to start. Don't have the funds to have him figure it out so have been driving like that hoping engine light comes on to be able to find out the problem. So i ask, anybody has any clue what may be going on?

Ford Fusion- 2014 vs 2015?

I would like to lease a Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium.

Is there much reason to wait till the 2015 version comes out, or will no significant change be present?

Should I finance my first car?

So, I was looking at a few cars for $2500 which I would like such as a 2004 Ford Escape or a 2005 Chevy Malibu… But, should I get a better car? Like a 2009 Malibu for $8000, a 2010 Escape or a 2010 Ford Fusion, or a 2011 Chrysler 200 or a 2008 Chrysler 300? I looked and they would all be in the same ball park for about $96 a month for 36 months w/ 10% interest (Due to lack of credit history) with USAA (Both Parents In Military)… It wouldn't be hard at all for me to pay it, I make $2400 a month… My parents said they would pay my insurance as long as I pay for gas… Both of my parents make $7200 a month… So even if for some odd reason I couldnt afford the payment they would be able to cover me… What should I do?

Who do I go to for electronic (miles to E and sync) issues on a ford fusion 2010?

I recently bought a used ford fusion 2010. Yesterday, the first day I got it, I was so excited to learn that I can sync my phone, listen to music, make calls, and see how many miles I had until E. Everything worked great yesterday. However, today I realized that the miles to E had drastically changed. The sync will make calls, but I'm static to the person on the other line. Then, the sync won't play music. When the radio is on, the sound won't play. I turned the radio off and it fixed the sound and temporary the sync issues. However, the sync issues came back. I got a great deal on the car, but it was a buy as is deal. I'm confused if I go to a mechanic to get this issue fixed? Does anyone know who I go to in order to have this fixed?

Check engine light came on, what could it be?

I have a 2006 Ford Fusion. I had checked all the fluids. I bought it from a dealer, and everything was fine, except the check engine light. I told them I wouldn't purchase it unless they fixed the problem so they did and the check engine light was gone and that was 2 months and 2 thousand miles later. The car is running perfectly fine right now. Do you suggest I take it to a shop to get it fixed and to what the problem is?
