It's going to be for college so I need a good reliable car that will last me a while which one would be best?
Added (1). Or Kia Optima
I have always heard people saying that toyota (camry) and honda (accord) are really good cars in terms of reliability, less frequency of needing repairs and they can very easily cross 200,000 mile mark.
But, does any one know how are Fords (fusion) when it comes to frequency of needing repairs and crossing 200k miles mark?
I was thinking about buying an aftermarket radio for my 06 ford fusion because i want Bluetooth, USB and aux. I do love using the audio controls on the steering wheel, and i was going to go best buy to see what they can do, but i was just wondering if you can still use them, or its possible to do so, with an aftermarket stereo?
Just went to Pep Boys and wanted a conventional oil change on my car, which takes 5W-20. Apparently their records state that they "can only legally put in synthetic oil" since it's what the manufacturer recommends. The last time I was here they did it with normal oil, no problem. Did I just get screwed?
Is there a vehicle that is a bit more resistant than my Ford. If i can't avoid my bad driving id like to at least have something durable. I've been looking into a truck maybe?
In December of 2013 my car gave out on me and would not turn on or move, gear was stuck in park and had to get it fixed was told it was the computer in my transmission that had given out. Was in the shot until about February because they could not figure out what it was. Finally when I received my car back it seemed fine.
That night when went to use car turned on my radio and when I changed my gear to reverse radio shut off and when put back in park it went back on. The radio works when car is in park and neutral but while in reverse or drive it shuts completely off. I've been researching what it can be and have seen can be the transmission range sensor but I'm not sure due to the fact that it was working fine previous to getting my transmission fixed.
Does any one have any ideas of what is happening? Would greatly appreciate any help.
Ford Fusion, Honda Accord, Chevy Malibu, Mazda 6, or Toyota Camry and why?
Added (1). If you would like to list another car please make sure it is in the same class (mid-sized sedan segment)
I'm tired of my 2008 Fusion looking so bland. I love the car, it's been my baby for a while now, but she needs a new look. I've found decent kits for around $470 to $560, but I was wondering if there was a cheaper alternative.
Where is the charging system fuse located in the 2010 ford fusion?
