2014 Ford Focus vibrates violently when accelerating?

So yes it has the dual clutch. My car has been fine since i've owned it for a year. Over the weekend however the temperatues plummeted and it snowed a little and the car has been acting strange. It doesent seem to accelerate fast no matter how hard i press the pedal. Also the transmssion has been so shaky and rumbly it feels like were having an earthquake. Whenever it starts to shake i try to accelerate harder to get it to go away but it doesent just becomes more violent (noticeable in gear 2 and 3 ). The car has 15 thousand miles what could be going on? I have not damaged it in any way just normal daily driving to work.

Made an appt for recall on car, in March. Is this normal?

I just got a car. Did the usual play around with the bells and whistles, looked at the online site, blah blah blah. I found that there's two recalls on my car, that were issued in August. So I waited till Monday, called the dealership and they made my appt… For three months from then. Their reason? So the parts would be in (I live in Hawaii). I asked if they could move earlier, and they said "that date looks nice and comfortable for my car" (their words nearly exactly).
Now, I got the Ford focus. I know my year had transmission issues. I have a very mild shudder on some starts, but that s it. The recall addresses this, and I told the lady that I felt like my car had at least one of the uses they re fixing. Is it normal to make me wait 3 months? What happens if something happens in those three months?

Will my car have frame damage?

So, I JUST got a used 2013 Ford Focus SE (Hatchback) and the next day on my way to work I got rear-ended!
It was on the I-5 freeway, traffic came to a sudden stop, I was at a complete stop and then BAM, a Chevy Impala slammed in the back of me going about 40mph (is what the guy said) his airbag deployed and the front of his car was completely smashed. My back door closes a little funny now, it makes a weird sound when it latches but other than that everything is doing fine. I'm just curious to know if my car would have frame damage or not?
(I know pictures are probably helpful but I'm not sure if I can upload any on here.)

Ford Focus 1.8 TDCI not starting?

The fuel pump has been changed. It's been timed back up. Checked injectors for blockage but they're clean. Car still fails to kick in on start. Tried some easy start in it but car stops as soon as it burns off… Any ideas? It's driving us crazy.

Is 75mph legal on a motorway in the UK?

I know it's 70mph on a motorway or a double dual lane carriage way, it's 60 on a single dual carriage way, but I do 65mph on a single and on a double or motorway I do 75mph so will the police be bothered stopping me then? I have a 2004 Ford Focus ghia mk1 with 172,000 miles on the clock and beneath my car their is a rumbling sound I think it needs repairing any suggestions what it could be? Could it be the exghuast or something?
