2014 Ford Focus vibrates violently when accelerating?

So yes it has the dual clutch. My car has been fine since i've owned it for a year. Over the weekend however the temperatues plummeted and it snowed a little and the car has been acting strange. It doesent seem to accelerate fast no matter how hard i press the pedal. Also the transmssion has been so shaky and rumbly it feels like were having an earthquake. Whenever it starts to shake i try to accelerate harder to get it to go away but it doesent just becomes more violent (noticeable in gear 2 and 3 ). The car has 15 thousand miles what could be going on? I have not damaged it in any way just normal daily driving to work.

You might have a vaccum leak or a hose broke or came loose.

Those transmissions sometimes leak and wet up the clutch with ATF, making it judder.

It is still on warranty. Get a dealer to look at it.

  • Car vibrates when I come to a complete stop? I drive a 2001 Ford Focus and my parents bought the car for me in March of this year and it ran smooth and everything until about a month ago, maybe two months. Now whenever I come to a complete stop, it vibrates. It doesn't do it at all when I'm driving, only when the car is completely stopped. Does anybody know what could be wrong with it? I really don't have money to take it to a mechanic right now and don't want to have my parents pay for me to take it to a mechanic.
