Nothing. Simply drain the oil. The trick will be finding what is causing the water to seep into your engine oil. You very well could have a cracked block. If this is the case your Taurus is ready for the crusher.
It's not a simple as just draining the water out of the oil. You will need to have a head gasket replaced. It can be quite expensive, I would get quotes from your local mechanic shops. Try to refrain from driving the vehicle, it will lead to larger problems and a larger repair bill.
They did a campaign to update the gaskets on these, the dealer can quote it pretty easy, but they need to know if the head(s) are cracked. To tell you parts total cost.
