Clutch replacement manual 94 ford ranger xl 4x4 V6 3.0?

Recently bought new clutch, master, and slave from oreillys. I'm wondering if I have all parts needed to complete the job. I've been doing research and have read that transmission seals should also be replaced, as well as "freeze bolts"? Kit I bought includes,
-Alignment Tool
-Clutch Disc
-Grease Pack
-Hydraulic Line Tool
-Pilot Bushing/Bearing
-Pressure Plate
-Cover
master cylinder
-Push Rod
-Clutch Release Bearing and Slave Cylinder Assembly

If anything else is required as far as parts go please let me know as soon as possible!

You mean freeze plugs in back of the engine. Unless leaking no need to be replaced. On top off the transmission just in back of the shifter assembly 3 rubber plugs that should be replaced a common problem with that transmission. Dealer sells the kit with the 3 plugs. Now once everything installed this will be one beetch to bleed the system so it will take time to do that
