2003 ford police interceptor, 93, xxx miles. Driving and smelled a nasty burning smell. Checked out car. Checked transmission fluid, it was good. Checked oil, looked to be full, but it was sloppy on the dipstick. Looked at the passenger real wheel where smell came from, the whole wheel well was wet with what I think is oil. The whole tire was saturated with oil. Smelled really bad. Substance was black, and slippery. A knocking sound can be heard from that wheel when we're driving around 25+ mph. What's the problem?

A is a drop down list and B and C are also drop down lists that are dependent on what A does. So if I change the selection in A- B and C need to reset and be blank fields.
For Example. A has a drop down lists of car brands: Toyota, Ford, Mercedes
B has a drop down lists of models of Toyotas, Fords, and Mercedes
and then C has a list of features for each of these cars
So I originally select Toyota, Camry, and a feature.
But then I change that to say Mercedes- I don't want column B to say Camry still.
I'm having great difficulty trying to open my bonnet. The key does not seem to work in the latch and I need to open the hood! Someone suggested I use a long screwdriver but how do I do this. Any advise would be greatly appreciated
