What oil grade does a 2005 Ford Transit TDCi 135 T350 take?

Can't see any clear answer online for what oil grade this transit takes… Some people say 10w/40 and some say 5w/30!
Just needs to know how much the sumps and and what exact oil it has! Plus if it needs to be semi or fully symthetic!

What viscosity oil do I need?

I drive an '01 Ford Sport Trac with 205k miles. Someone recommended that I start using thicker oil since my engine has been well broken in. He said that the regular 5W-30 would probably be like water and not lubricate it well. Last time I changed it, I used 10W-30. The truck has ran fine, but I've noticed several spots in the driveway where oil has been dripping. Now that summer is almost over, I don't want to use thicker oil because it can clog up inside the engine on cold nights. Suggestions?

What snow tires should I put on my '68 Ford Galaxie XL?

I have a set of four snow tires from my old 91 cutlass ciera, they're 185/75R14. Can I use those?
They look to be the same size as the tires that are currently on the galaxie, but I'm not sure if that's the only criteria for proper snow tires. How can I tell which snow tires to get for it?

Added (1). I forgot to mention, the tires are mounted on wheels

Added (2). Ok I checked the tires currently on the galaxie and they say 255/60R15, but I think the previous owner may have put the wrong size on, as the speedometer is all messed up. However the tires do say M+S, which stands for mud and snow, correct? They don't have studs, are they all-season tires or something? Can I safely drive in the snow with them on?
