2007 Ford F150 4.6L Blown Spark Plug (Triton Series)?
My sister in laws truck began making the loud noise from the engine. I popped the hood to check and can feel the pressure of air shooting out. I attempted to drive it home which is about 2 miles and it blew the coil and plug out half ways home. It died once it blew it out and i pulled off to the side. I tried to start it again and it did for a second and died again. Now it won't start at all. I had to pull her truck home with my truck. So i'm going to attempt to repair this. I've read somewhere that the truck should've still stayed on even with the blown plug and that if it died, something else could be wrong with it. Anyone got any info on the possiblility of it dying with the blown spark plug? Let me know thanks.
