Know anything about model Ts?

I'm editing my book placed in 1910, so the only motor vehicles they have would be model T fords and I was wondering how long it would take for someone to drive from northern Kansas down to the center of Texas.

Actually, there were several automobiles available to the general public in 1910. If vehicles are going to be an important part of your story, then perhaps you should do some more RESEARCH on the subject.

NOTE: posting dumb questions on an Internet Q&A forum is NOT doing research.

The 1910 Ford Model T had a top speed of around 45 mph. But in 1910 almost no roads were paved so you could figure they would do good to average 25 mph. There were other cars on the road at the time that were faster but the road conditions limited their speed also.
