How important is it to know the base model of a vehicle, like for example 2005 honda civic LX or DX?

I'm not quite sure on the difference I mean if the Model is a sedan, how relevant would the Base Model be.

LX or DX for honda civic 2005 for example.

Or like for FORD Trucks LT XLT or XL

It isn't too important. Just nice to know. Usually they are associated with features. Honda DX for example is a very stripped down model with manual windows, locks, and mirror adjustments. Its stripped down to be made cheaper. An LX is a mid-level that adds features like power locks and windows. The EX is usually the highest level of features often adding stuff like leather seats, sun roof, and six-disc CD changer. That is just an example of Honda. Each manufacturer has their own identifiers.

The Make of a car is the company that made it, The Type of car is a Sedan as it has 4 doors and a boot that opens without the rear screen. The model is Civic. After that it depends what Trim XL, DL as to what it comes with like Electric windows as standard but these could be added to by the the original buyer on the build or afterwards.
