Torque converter solenoid 91 ford?

1991 f350 2wd, e4od. Want to replace tccs but not sure where exactly it is or how to get to it. Picked up repair manual, no help. Also, what is the sensor on tail housing by speedo cable

A garage in the UK put a bad part in my car. It broke down abroad and got fixed there. Should the garage in the UK pay for the repairs?

The part was a temp sensor. When the car broke down it was as a result of the car not recognising the new temp sensor- as it was a non ford part and the car is a ford focus- and therefore the fan for the car didn't turn on.

We were driving on the motorway in Belgium when white smoke started coming out from under the bonnet. We pulled over to the side of the road and got towed to the nearest ford garage.

the garage in belgium told us that the faulty temp sensor was the cause of the engine overheating and replaced the sensor for us at a cost of 250 pounds.

I have proof firstly that the UK garage changed the temp sensor and secondly thanks to the summary of work done in Belgium that the incorrect non Ford part was the cause of the problem.

Are the garage in the UK liable for the repairs?

5w30 accedently instead of 5w20?

My boyfriend told me it was alright to put 5w30 in my ford f250 super duty 4x4 truck. Its older and standard but I worry that damage will be done to my truck.

Is buying a used Ford F250 a good investment?

I'm considering buying a used diesel truck. It is a 2004 F-250 Super Duty Lariat with the 6.0L Powerstroke motor. 107k miles, lifted, all leather interior, bulletproofed, flawless. It is being sold for 19, which is a lot. I gotta trade my car in, and negotiate. Lets say i got it down to 16.5, or 17. Is that a good investment over time? Would it depreciate more over time than a say 2008 or 2010 vehicle?

It is in pristine condition and is flawless. I plan on having it for a very, very long time. 6-10 years what I'm aiming for. I take very good care of my vehicles and I'm IN LOVE with this truck, I test drove it yesterday. Can anyone provide insight on my situation?

How to fix surging bogging problem 2005 ford f350 v10 after replacing tps?

So I had a code come up to replace tps so I did.
now truck will bog and sometimes dies when taking off and coming to a stop.
have moved the sensor up and down. Some positions makes the gas pedal not work. With it in the correct spot truck idles around 500 rpms.
I don't get what the problem is. Doesn't make any sense.
could it be that it's not a motorcraft part?
are these v10 picky with aftermarket parts?
any suggestions thanks

I'm not able to send and receive i don't know what's going on i need

I'm buying a used Ford F-250 powerstroke diesel truck. I have narrowed it down to 2 different vehicles. The first one is a 2004 F250 6.0L Lariat edition. It has 239k miles and has been bulletproofed (brand new head studs and head gaskets) and has also been fully deleted. Other than that, it is stock. It.

Buying a used Ford Powerstroke?

I'm buying a used Ford F-250 powerstroke diesel truck. I have narrowed it down to 2 different vehicles.

The first one is a 2004 F250 6.0L Lariat edition. It has 239k miles and has been bulletproofed (brand new head studs and head gaskets) and has also been fully deleted. Other than that, it is stock. It hasn't been 'worked' and also has a clean carfax and title. It drives great, like new. The body has no dents and is flawless, it has been very well taken care of. It is being sold for 13.

The second is a 2001 f250 platinum edition 7.3L. It is an old girl, it's got 322k miles. It is the current owners pride and joy, has been used every day for years. It has dents and character, but runs strong. It has brand new injectors, Ford factory drivetrain, Ford factory transmission, starter, suspension, and lots of other things. It has a 6 position tuner. It has been worked. It has been well maintained and has over 25 grand invested in it. I've driven it also, it drives solid. It is being sold for 10. It also has a clean title and carfax.

I need insight as to which is the better investment, both are great solid trucks. Any advice?
