Small Button Under Dashboard 1989 F:250?

So i own a 1989 Ford F:250 gas 7.5L 460 engine. So i found this have little black push button under my dash that tries to turn engine over(like when turning the key to start) but it doesn't start the engine it just keeps trying (I think)? It would be fantastic if someone could inform me on this.

Jeep tj or a Ford 250 diesel?

Which would be a better first vehicle and cheaper? Where I'm diesel is cheaper, but I'm pretty sure jeeps are cheaper to insure. I want both to be older models

Why don't some heavy duty trucks have the big tow mirrors?

Just out or curiosity I've seen some ford super duties and even 1 ton duallys have the regular mirrors not the tow style mirrors. Why is that? If those trucks are meant for towing and hauling things why don't some have tow mirrors?

Added (1). the reason why I'm asking bc my Aunt has a friend that has a 2002 Ford F-250 lariat and I might get it once he sells it and I'm afraid it's gonna have the regular mirrors and I don't want to spend over $100 just to get a pair of tow mirrors

96 Ford F250 351W into a 92 Bronco?

96 Ford F250 351W into a 92 Bronco?

Added (1). I may be buying a 92 Bronco XLT with an automatic transmission 266k miles on it, guy ran the engine with no oil pump and there's metal shavings in the pan, body is pretty clean and it has a clean title (assuming engine is seized) (guy wants $600, I think that's too much so I'm going to try and get it for about $350) and I've located a few 351 windsor blocks for it and the cheapest I've found is a 96 Ford F250 automatic with a 351 Windsor in it. Will this bolt directly in?
