What all do i need to buy to do a full tune up on my car?

It's a 2007 Ford Crown Victoria with about 140,000 miles

If you haven't owned the car for an extended period of time i would buy antifreeze (flush radiator), oil and oil filter (change oil). Spark plugs (gap to oem specs), spark plug wires (if they look corroded), check transmission fluid (if doesn't appear red and clean flush system and refill), check power steering fluid (if low or dirty flush), brake fluid (if low or dirty bleed brakes), change air filter, change fuel filter, clean throttle body with throttle body cleaner. Since your vehicle is fuel injected and there isant a distributor you don't have to worry about the cap or rotor. You can really trust your computer system to throw codes and let you know if something is wrong. The list i just gave you is a very good list to abide by to make your vehicle last.

Spark plugs! Everything else is computer controlled electronics. It would be a good idea to replace belts and hoses if you haven't already done so.
