Does the lemon law apply to repairs to my car in minnesota?

Basically if the torque converter goes bad which is what they are replacing do they need to replace or fix it again for free since there's a lemon law in minnesota? My car has 209k miles 2003 ford taurus PILE OF JUNK excellent looking car and ran awesome just so happens ford never decided to recall these transmissions or torque converters only god knows why lol it went out on me randomly they said no pressure so i got a $1300 bill coming up i wanna know if it breaks down like within a week for the same issue will i be able to get it replaced free because of the lemon law?

Lemon law only applies to new cars.

Since you already have been told that lemon laws only apply to new vehicles I take it you're wondering about repair warranties which are usually 12 months or 12,000 miles which ever comes first.
However a torque converter has nothing to do with low pressure. That would be the transmission oil pump going bad and once that happens the clutch packs slip and fry immediately. You need a rebuilt transmission and they usually come with a new torque converter so that there's no chance debris that got blown into the converter which always happens when the clutch packs fry, doesn't ruin the rebuilt transmission. You're looking at a good $1,800 for a rebuilt tranny. I'd buy a different car!

The Lemon Law won't help you. It's only applicable to new cars. You have a 12 year old car with 209k miles on the clock. 209k miles is very good run for an automatic transmission. You really don't have a valid complaint IMHO.
