Ford Lemon Law (Lawsuit)?

Has anyone had any experience with Ford and having a Lemon? How long start to finish did it take you, and what was the outcome of the lawsuit?

Basically, Ford has a set of guidelines in the owners manual, to go by in dealing with Ford, as it may be better to deal with Ford, and go thru the proper channels of escalating the issue the proper way as they are more likely to help you than a lawsuit where you are probably going to settle out of court with you paying court cost anyway.

Step one is to call Ford at 1-800-392-Ford, and speak with the representative on your issue and tell him/her exactly what is going on. Because usually Ford wants it handled thru the dealer network before getting involved higher.

Read pages 1, 35, and 36 detailing the proper procedure to file a complaint with Ford under the lemon law. Usually escalating it to Ford itself will sometimes get a Ford representative to meet with you at the dealer if the dealer can't provide the assistance itself.

All depends on year make and model and did you buy it new.
