Would my 2015 Mustang qualify for the Lemon Law?

I own a 2015 Ford Mustang in California. I've owned it for 23 months, I have 31,000 miles, and the manufacturer warranty ends at 36,000 miles. It's the third time I have issues with my AC not throwing cold air. Would my car qualify for the Lemon Law?

Lemon Laws only apply to new car purchases and usually with in the first few months of buying the vehicle.
AC problems on a 2 year old vehicle can be from rocks hitting the condenser or other leaks that develop. Throw a can of 134a refrigerant in and that will likely make it work right again. Buy the 134a that has the sealer in it. Read the can label.

In to qualify for the Lemon Law, you would've had to have taken the car in for a warranty repair no few than three times in X number days and have the problem still persist. It can also only applies to cars that were bought new (depends on the state).

The 2015-2016 Mustang has design flaw where the evaporator will fail prematurely, there's an updated part available.
