Misfire on 2 cylinders while driving?

I have a 2001 Ford Ranger v6 3.0L with about 146000 miles. It misfires on cylinders 1 and 2, whiles driving. As I idle, it runs smoothly, but then it starts to miss once I get going. It will calm down again once I park or get stopped at a very long light. Occasionally it will start to buck while driving at 55-60mph but if I let off the throttle for a few seconds it will run smooth, but the CEL flashes anytime I drive. It has a loss of power and can only get up to about 60mph. RPMs are consistent with speed. Replaced spark plugs and wires. It had copper Champions that were very burnt. Ran a can of Seafoam injector cleaner through it. I tested the resistance in the Ignition Coil (only one on vehicle) and it was within spec, but I had to take it out of the vehicle to test. Could it be the coil that only misses while driving? Could a coil that controls all cylinders miss on only 1 and 2? Could multiple fuel injectors fail at once?

It has a MAF sensor. If it's dirty it will cause a lean fuel mix.
Usually causes a rough idle and hesitation.
There are several sensors. Scan the computer for error codes.
Two fuel injectors could fail at once.

I forgot to specify that i did use an OBD scanner and the only codes thrown were p0301 and p0302

The coil can't cause only one or two cylinders to misfire. With the CEL flashing, you HAVE TO NOT DRIVE THE VEHICLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO CAUSE SEVERE ENGINE DAMAGE. Are you sure that you got the spark plug wires installed properly? Is the distributor cap and rotor good?

Ok… You have a cylinder 1 and 2 misfire. Either a plug or coil. Change them out.
