Unfortunately the manuals that Ford has on-line only go back to 1996. The web as we know it was just getting started sometime around 1995. Win3.1 before Win95 did not even include dial up networking, had to use a 3rd party program from Australia called Trumpet Winsock for that. Netscape (the original Mozilla) was king of the web browsers and what later became known as Internet Explorer in Win95 was Mosaic beta being developed by college students at UIUC.
But have you even tried web searching "1994 ford ranger manual"? There appear to be some free PDF manuals available.
- Possible engine swap from 3.0 to 4.0 on 1994 Ford Ranger XL 4x4 manual? I'm wondering if I can drop a V6 4.0L engine straight into a V6 3.0L Ford Ranger XL? Both are 1994 ford rangers, everything the same as far as model/year just different size engine… And if not, what would need to be converted? I found a 4.0 for $250 with 0 miles so if its as simple as swapping engines/trannys I'm going to go for it… Thanks for help!
- Clutch slipping on 94 ford ranger 4x4 v6 4.0 manual trann? I recently bought a 94 ford ranger V6 4.0 4x4 manual, but the clutch is definitely slipping. I bought a new clutch set, master cylinder, slave cylinder, hydraulic release system, and upgraded clutch hydraulic line connection from Power Torque… Does anyone know all the tools I will need? As well as a step by step installation guide? I don't have $2,200(the lowest price in town) to spend taking it to a shop… Please help!
- 1998 3.0L 4x4 Manual Ford Ranger towing 1500lbs with tow package? I'm not too worried about it on the freeway, how will it do on moderate uphill road? I want to buy a boat and take it up to the lake. The boat I'm looking at weighs about 900 lbs, so I'm making a liberal estimate with trailer, gear, and gas.
