Despite the past, is Rob Ford capable of being a good mayor?

I don't know much about the politics of Toronto, but just cause he did drugs doesn't mean he's bad. I know that it's not a good thing to do for a mayor (and it will never be forgotten, too), but before the drug incident, was he a good mayor?

Where is the horn located on a 1999 Ford E-150 Econoline with a 4.2L V-6 engine? Have any photos?

Added (1). Obviously I'm not much of a mechanic or a writer… But I have been through the Owner's Guide and there's no reference to the location to the under the hood location of the horn, that I can find. I know how to beat the wheel… However I can find nothing that states where any fuses might be either in the Owners Guide…

Gas can broke off into car. What do I do?

I drive a 2001 ford excursion with a 44 gallon gas tank and today when I was refueling my car the top part of the nozzle slid off when I pulled the can out and it fell into my fuel reservoir. How concerned should I be? Is their anything you can do about this or do I have to buy a new fuel tank and install it?

Trying to pick my first car?

So I'm looking for my first car. I have been looking at the Jeep Commander, Liberty, Patriot, Dodge Nitro, Durango, Land Rover, Freelander, LR2, LR3, Chrysler Pacifica, and Alpine. I love how they're all big. I live in Canada where AWD/4X4 is required. I have a budget about $14,000. As you can see from my list I've had a hard time picking one haha. My biggest concern is reliability. I know the gas mileage on most of these cars aren't great but really I live in a smaller city and I live close to my school so that's not a big concern. If I had to pick my top picks it would be the Commander, Alpine, LR2, or LR3. I'm really into the luxury of them and when I look through them I make sure they have Navigation cause I'm directionally handicapped. Please don't suggest Toyota, Honda, or Ford cause I strongly dislike them. Thanks!

Added (1). I'm buying the car used.

Added (2). I meant to say Aspen.

Is mudding fun when you are in a truck?

I've driven through mud with quads before, and I though that was fun. There's a kid I know who owns a lifted Ford pickup truck with mudding tires, and he claims to go mudding all the time. Maybe I'm wrong because I never tried it, but I don't see mudding in a truck as fun. On a quad, it's easier to handle, you can acess more trails, you get mud all over yourself, and there's less you can really mess up. In a truck, I feel like you are limited to what you can do, you don't have the joy of getting dirty, and there's much more damage that can be done. I've heard of people slipping and damaging trucks by hitting trees, blowing transmissions, and having to call a buddy when they get stuck. I've taken my car sliding around a snowy parking lot before which I thought was fun, but again when I think of muddy trails, I don't think of anywhere where you slide around in a big open area. If it truly isn't fun, I would assume that the guys who show up to school with a muddy truck just like to show off.
