Discount Tire, or National Tire and Battery( NTB) both have pretty good prices.

Without knowing what country/state/province you are in, there's no way to help you.

Amazon has some cheap tires with good reviews. Not sure you can get Michelin for cheap.

I'm considering a 40,000 mile tire for $52, Westlake and a 50,000 mile for $60, Milestar. Both have good reviews.

Yours might be cheaper, I'm pricing for my car which calls for 16 inch tires.

For me, similar tires at walmart run $64 and $76 with tax. (No tax at amazon for me)
So even if walmart charges an extra $5 per tire for outside tires, its a good deal. $5 extra plus $12 mounting & lifetime rotating & balancing= $17 per tire.

To me, lifetime rotating & balancing is a good deal. Other shops won't do that with someone elses tires. I tried an independent and they wanted more without lifetime rotating & balancing. I didn't call firestone or pep boys. Maybe I will.

Local tire shops either have them in stock or can order them for you. Also try tirerack.com
