According to my source, this vehicle was unit number 9,383 for the year 1976. It came from the Ontario Canada assembly plant and came with a 390 V-8. The F37 at the beginning isn't listed from my source. However, an F35 would indicate an F350 with 2 wheel drive. And F36 being 4WD. F37 could mean Super cab and 4WD.
