Is mostly just sit up and push up that i need to do if so by how many times a day i can do at home?
Walking your dog will definitely help.
My friend asked me to look after his dog while he went 2 week vacation, so I would go in the morning take the dog for walk and feed it when we came back, lunchtime I would take it for a short walk, and evening I would take it for a long walk in the park.
After 2 weeks I was shocked to find I had lost 8 pounds in weight and walking the dog was all that I did differently.
Fat doesn't turn into muscle. Fat is fat.
- P1744 code on a ford taurus? I know what it is and have change the TCC solenoid but the car still doesn't go? When put into gear. I also have changed the fluid due to it smelling burnt when the car just all of a sudden wouldn't go. Press gas and it just revs up. This is a 98 taurus.
- Thinking about buying this car, but don't know anything about vehicles I was looking at this Ford Focus SES 2009 with about 123,000 miles. Priced around 7,999. Kbb says it's worth about 6,500 so there's some wiggle room in price. The Carfax shows that its battery has been replaced 2-3 times, and it's been sold at dealer auctions a few times as well. I was just wondering if the dealer auction is a bad thing? Or if that's an unreasonable amount of times the battery has gone bad? Thanks for your help in advance! Clueless about vehicles!
- We Southerners are not without our quarks. Did you know we drink Tabasco sauce like water? Do you know, Tabasco sauce is just booze of? Peppers? And that it can burn a hole through the leather of a Ford F-350? ' scott b: Since the 70's, most Southerners are just transplanted Northerners from the Rust Belt.
