How much does a gearbox in a Ford courier weigh?

I have a Ford courier 2001 4x4 I need to replace the rear main seal. Just wondering what the gearbox and transfer case would weigh roughly because I need to remove it and need to know if I can lift it out or I need a jack.

You need a lift and jack, probably weighs at least 300 pounds

The auto tranny is about 185 lbs, the manual about 100 lbs, and the transfer case is about 110 lbs. My son and I typically pull the tranny and transfer case as a unit. We put a floor jack under it and one person balances it on the jack. For a one person job, you probably need a transmission jack. We usually only mess with TH350s, 700R4s, 518s, SM465s, NV4500, and NP205s. P.S. When the cab is off, we typically set the engine, tranny, and T/C in as a unit, unless the engine is a 6Bt, then we do the engine separate because it is so heavy and the 2 ton shop crane scares me.
