Get a new piece of glass and install it.
Chances are you'll be taking it to an auto glass shop, or calling them to come to you.
It's not horribly difficult to change door glass in a car, and there are probably youtube videos showing you how to do it - the hardest part is figuring out how to disassemble the door panel - and they love to hide all of the fasteners and clips. If you aren't careful you can break little tabs/clips off and have trouble getting it put back together again.
Plus, if you have a problem with it in the future - it's on you to tear it all back apart again - whereas a glass place will generally do a good job, and warranty their work for a period.

If the window is not broken and it just won't open or close do a search on youtube for replacing the window regulator for you vehicle.
- Had my ford transit broken into, door peeled in half, what would people recommend, van alarm or deadlocks and door strengthening? My van door was peeled in Half from top to bottom and cleared of everything inside. I'm thinking of getting an alarm that will go off if van is shaken or movement inside but I think this might be too late and the door damage done.
