Will this much of a difference make in tire size?
I had a 2010 Ford focus that had 195/60/15 snow tires last winter. About 4 months ago, I totaled my car, and bought a 2018 Ford Focus. It has 195/65/15 tires. I live in West Virginia, and the weather is getting nasty again. The snow tires from my 2010 Focus are still in excellent shape. Can I put them on my 2018 Focus? Sorry to get so long winded.
You can fit them. They are 8mm smaller in height .so the wheel arch will appear slightly larger
Look up "aspect ratio" and use the formula to figure out the outside circumference of each tire. If they are not the same the ABS and traction control won't work and the warning lights for them will come on.

No, this is an unacceptable swap. The 195/60-15 tires are 3.07% smaller in overall diameter than the 195/65-15 tires. It is never acceptable to go over or under 3% of the OEM size. Trade those tires in for the correct size.

Overall diameter will be about 0.8 inch smaller, Speedometer and odometer will read fast by about 3%, but other than that it should work fine.
