Ford fiesta fuel consumption problem?
Added (1). i know this is a how longs a piece of string question but i've recently brought a 2003 fiesta zetec 1.4 and i just feel its using to much petrol. There does not seem to be any problems though. Its starts and seems to run fine… Maybe a little slow acceleration
I've read online that if you unplug the fuse for a while it may help but I'm not sure which fuse to pull. Does anyone know?

So Ford have a Fiesta that supposedly costs a recommended price of £14540. They ask £178 a month and 3 months upfront = 6764. So they take the car back at the end. The car has depreciated by %60 say after 3 years of lease. So it is now worth to Ford to sell on: £5816. So they lose £8724 in depreciation. How is it that I read dealers prefer to lease as they make more money? It looks like a big loss to me, as they have to front the depreciation and in this case arent charging enough to cover it?

I'm going to be a sophmore in college and was wondering if leasing a car for 3 years is a good idea. I plan on getting a Ford Fiesta for 36 months. I know I wouldn't have to pay for repairs if I bought a car used, and I would also be getting good gas mileage. Would leasing a car be a good idea or not.
I have a 2000 Ford Fiesta 1.2 Zetec (Zetec engine & trim, not just trim name!) with a misfire on no. 3 cylinder. I have been told this is likely to be a burnt exhaust valve - both the injector and spark plugs are fine, and no other cylinders misfire.
I intend to fix/replace the engine, although the car will be stood up for a few weeks (maybe a month or two) before work can start on it (due to funding). I intend to tick the car over periodically as normal, as though there wasn't a misfire - maybe once or twice a week - just to keep the electrics going.
I was just wondering if there are any inherent issues (other than damaging the catalytic converter) with starting and ticking over a car with a misfire on 1 cylinder? She still fires up and runs, though only really for loading purposes. I don't intend to move the car, just keep the electrics going until I can transport the car.

I'm stuck between the 2010 limited edition corsa and a 2010 fiesta, so I was wondering if anyone can guide me too which is better? By the way for my driving lessons I learnt in a 13 plate limited edition corsa so I know how they drive, thank you
Whilst parking up in a tricky space earlier in a car park I only slightly bumped into the barrier in front, it was nothing major or bad just a little bump and there seemed to be no damage done. After driving home on the motorway and parking up I noticed a bar of plastic that was damaged and hanging underneath the front of my car. I took a photo which is attached, I'm not great with cars so could anybody tell me what is wrong, whether it's urgent and how to fix it /how much it would be? It's hanging about 2 inches from the floor and isn't causing any issues at the moment. The car is a 09 Ford Fiesta style+.
