This is a classic symptom of a blown head gasket or cracked head. STOP driving this truck until you can get this diagnosed.
Water from exhaust is most likely condensation. Radiator reservoir, you have a leak somewhere… Take it to a trustworthy shop to have it looked at.
Check the radiator, you may have a leak or its not full. You have moisture getting into your exhaust manifolds. Take it to the highway, blow it out
It very well could be a head gasket. Do you have any white smoke coming out of the exhaust? If so then that's probably what it is. Some condensation is normal, but if there's a lot of it, it would lead me to believe that there's a lot moisture in the exhaust system, and what might be happening is that the coolant is being turned into vapor via the combustion process, and then when you turn off the truck it cools down and it condenses inside the exhaust system, when you start the truck again, the water is forced out again by the exhaust.
This would explain both the loss of coolant and the water coming out of the exhaust.
- Which exhaust/exhaust system would work best for my car? I own a 1970 Ford Torino (Brougham) with a 351 Cleveland engine running on stock exhaust. I want to upgrade the exhaust (I'm thinking Flowmaster) but like, does the whole exhaust system need to be done, or like half? I need your help making my baby roar lol. Please give me your best suggestions and approximate cost.

- Pressure testing radiator, air comes out overflow? I have a 1998 ford ranger 3.0 litre. I have a engine over heat issue and when I try to pressure test the radiator air bubbles are coming through the overflow resevior for coolant. Am I doing something wrong?
