Tune Up Now Truck Won't Start?

I changed my distributor cap, rotor, plugs and wires. Now my truck won't start. The gap on them is.044, what is recommended in my Chilton manual. I transferred the wires from the old distributor cap to the new cap one at a time so I'd make no mistakes. All the wires are going to the correct cylinders. The rotor is in place correctly. It will crank great, but it will not start. I tried spraying starting fluid into the carb and it still did not start. Does that mean it's a spark issue and not fuel? Anything else I may've done wrong? The truck is a 1986 Ford F150, 300 straight 6, 1bbl.

05-11 Mustang gt or 00-02 F-150?

I'm a year close to getting my permit and I will soon be getting some money and a job. I'm a huge Ford fan. Out of these two vehicles which one should I get will not go higher then $ 12,000 (will buy used) I'll use them mainly for getting from and too high school. My school is only 2 miles away so gas mileage isn't a big problem. So which one?

Why won't my key FOB work?

2011 Ford F-150, I went to use my key fob and it didn't work at all, so I went to use the key in the door and that didn't work either. Luckily the keypad worked and I got in. I reset the fob without getting a new battery and it works now, but still my key won't work in the door, and also I was wondering why did I have to reset the fob? What could've gone wrong because I didn't even have to change the battery…

2000 Ford F150 won't start?

My 2000 Ford F150 Won't start, it will crank but won't start. It's happened before but now I've tried getting it running for 3 days! I've had time when I was driving and it would just stall. I was thinking it may be the fuel pump. I've check the fuel reset and replaced the fuel filter. I'm sure what's wrong with it. My guess it's just not picking up fuel. I put a bottle of HEET in the tank as well still NOTHING! I've read that it could be the Fuel Pump Drive Module but I'm not sure they come anything prior to a 04.

can anybody help me out on this one?
