  • What CAD software do aerospace and automotive companies use? As an engineering student, I'm learning how to use and become certified in SolidWorks. While SolidWorks is great and very useful, I don't imagine it is powerful enough for companies like Boeing or Ford or BMW to find useful. So, what kind of CAD/CAM software do companies like this use? Do they also use different kinds of software to visualize and simulate their designs?
  • Should I turn my car into a 4 seater or 5 seater? I have a 1979 Ford Fairmont Boxtop 2-Door. It currently seats 6 people (3 on the front benchseat and 3 in the rear). Should I turn it into a 4 seater (2 in the front and 2 in the back). Or a 5 seater (2 in the front and 3 in the back).
  • Is $17,000 for a used 2013 Ford Mustang a good price? Has 16,000 miles, I'm kinda skeptical, because for that price and miles I think there are at least some problems that can occur overtime as I drive it. This will be my first daily driver car.
  • Is a two-seater a realistic idea for a first car? I want a 2005 or 2004 Ford Thunderbird but I not completely sure because i'd prefer a 4 door vehicle. I'll probably just use it to go to school and shop and stuff just casual things. I don't have kids or siblings and I don't need room for equipment but it'd be fun to cruise around with a couple friends, you know. Do you guys have any other suggestions, I chose this car because of some reviews I read and I really really like the retro-ish look to the car.
