Can a car battery Solar maintainer damage battery?

A solar charger around 2.5V, plugged into my always-on cigarette lighter. Charging into my Optima red top battery in my 01 Ford Explorer. I do not drive my SUV for sometimes a week at a time and that can cause battery to get low(and I have to call AAA). -No battery drainage or alternator issues, just inactivity-

So I want to get this battery maintainer but I fear it might overcharge the battery if left on for for a week or two at a time. I do not know a lot about batteries so please let me know if my concerns are legitimate.

Thank you

Added (1). I'm probably going with a 5W panel. Will it overcharge the battery at all, even if left charging for an entire year?(hypothetically)?

2001 Ford Explorer not starting, weird clicking noise coming from a black box above gas pedal?

Have a 2001 Ford Explorer that won't start. When I turn the key nothing at all lights up. It is completely dead. It will stay started if I boost it, but will be completely dead as soon as I turn it off again. We just replaced the battery and alternator. Also, when the truck is off (not sure about running) there's a fluttery clicking noise every few seconds coming from a black box (or it seems to coming from it) right above the gas pedal. Any help would be appreciated

Added (1). Ok. So I took out a part that has F57B-14B192 AA from the black box by the pedals and the licking stopped… Any ideas?

Should I just get a new vehicle?

I have a 1996 4x4 ford explorer v6 4.0, interior looks great, engine is clean, runs good, but it has a few issues.

AC is broke, it is probably a major issue. The front wheel bearings are shot. The truck was overheating and radiator was empty a few weeks ago, filled it up and has been fine since then, not sure what's going on there.
Payed 1400 for the thing last year. Not sure its worth keeping and fixing, I could probably spend a few thousand atleast on another vehicle in the next couple months.

What is the actus reus, mens rea, and concurrence?

The authorities were called to the farmers market in Springfield last Saturday morning. A car had swerved off the road directly into the farmer s market, leaving 5 people dead and 10 injured. Caleb Noll was arrested at the scene.

An investigation revealed the following facts:
Caleb Noll was driving his ford Explorer on his way to the farmer s market.
While driving, Caleb suffered a stroke.
Caleb was not aware that he had any medical problems or that he was at risk for a stroke.
While he was suffering from the stroke, he was unable to control his vehicle. His car ran off the road right into the farmers market.

Should this woman be compensated?

While driving down the highway, her airbags in her 2004 Ford Explorer suddenly inflate. Luckily, she was able to pull over safely, and no one was hurt. But, her insurance will not cover the cost of repairing and replacing the airbags because it wasn't an accident, and a malfunction instead. So she wants Ford to pay the cost. Ford has stated they want her to sign a release to allow them to have the data from the vehicle, so they can review and find out what happened. She refuses, and still demands that Ford pay.

Is she entitled to any compensation from Ford for the malfunction?
