Tune-Ups are pretty much a thing of the past. You should replace the spark plugs at around 100,000 miles or if you have a miss that sets the Check Engine light. Other than that you just perform regular maintenance according to the schedule as outlined in the owners manual.

No such thing as a tune up on a modern car, change the oil ( if it's synthetic ) once a year change the oil filter every 24000 miles and the air filter every 36000 miles and the plugs every 45-60000
Why pay someone for something you can do yourself? It's not difficult. Check with YouTube.
