How much would it be for a full tune up on a ford fusion 2007?

So i'm headed to San Francisco this weekend & I would like to know how much it would be for a full tune up on my car which is a 2007 Ford Fusion or at least a standard price just making sure I don't get ripped off

What is wrong with it?

It is constantly tuned by the engine control unit based on inputs/sensors from the intake to the exhaust.

Just throwing money away if you aren't doing scheduled service, which the intervals should be outlined in your owner's manual.

Hi being a fool with a now 9 years old car without any doubt you have lost the plot. It is too old hence it's loss of power and why you need a much newer car.

Service is changing the fluids and filters when recommended. A Full tune up doesn't exist on a modern car. On an older car the Spark Plugs, Distributor Cap and Rotor and Ignition Wires would be replaced and the Valves would be adjusted for a Full Tune Up. Now all you can do is the Spark Plugs because it doesn't have a distributor or wires and hydraulic or bucket and shim valve adjusters that don't require periodic adjustment. Your Air and Fuel Filters should have been changed a few times, if not change them. If you have 100K miles you need new spark plugs. Other than that just keep up on your oil changes.
