the 2009's were sold out during the "Cash for Clunkers" program.
Escape continues to be a very popular model for Ford, and is in high-demand/low-supply, at Ford dealers all over the country.

The Escape is different in the Philippines compared to the US version.
What I'm gathering is, it should be out now, unless there are too many 2009s on the lots there and Ford is holding back from building them so far
But the 2010 from what I see is probably just a carry over from the 2009 model
