Is a 2011 Ford Escape XLT with 155,000 miles on it a good used car to buy? The asking price is?
$9,300 cash.
Added (1). Looking for a car that safe, reliable, won't flip when turning on sharp curves, upcoming and maintenance fairly inexperience, and will last a long time. The one thing that I'm weary about with this high is that the miles are extremely high for a 2011.
No… Go with Toyota.
That's pretty high miles for a 4-year-old SUV. It's showing the miles you would expect to find on a 10 to 15-year-old car. The asking price is a couple of thousand high. If the dealer won't negotiate, walk away.
The Escape is an excellent vehicle, but $9000 for 155,000 miles is far too high. I wouldn't pay more than 7500 for that car.
Mileage is a little high. Found one near me with only 102k miles for $9900
- What's a good price fr a 2015 Ford Mustang with 5,000 miles on it? I found one I'm interested in but the dealership is selling it for full retail of 23,851. How much can I negotiate that down? Appreciate it!
- Is $17,000 for a used 2013 Ford Mustang a good price? Has 16,000 miles, I'm kinda skeptical, because for that price and miles I think there are at least some problems that can occur overtime as I drive it. This will be my first daily driver car.
- Do you think buying a 2000 ford focus with 161,000 miles a good car purchase? For 1,000? I'm wondering if anyone will recommend, a 2000 ford focuse with 161,000 mileage as my first car, I recently got my drivers permit I want a car to practice my driving skills and I stubbled into the 2000 ford focus.
- I own a 2015 Ford Escape with 30,000 miles and runs good. My prior vehicle had over 150,000 miles and I used Gumout Regane high mileage fuel? System cleaner. I still have a bottle of the Gumout and wondering if I used it in the Escape, would the Gumout do any harm to it? I suppose I could wait until I get 75,000 miles on it before using but I'm a 3000-4000 miles a year driver and the Gumout would go bad before using it.
