- What is the small metal cross or x looking part under the cruise control for a 2007 ford escape hybrid? I was using my escape and i accidently knocked the cruise control button off, and a metal x or cross fell out and i was gonna put it on and my sister threw the metal away. Its the metal part that gets pushed down when you turn on and set cruise control under the button. I'm looking for a replacement but i have no idea how to find it.

- 2006 Ford Escape 4 cylinder not hybrid? - 1 It dies and when you try to restart it nothing happens. Engine doesn't turn over but all the dash warning lights come on. Not the check engine light. Then after a while of fooling around with it the engine turns over and starts like nothing is wrong. The problem is intermittent. What is wrong with it or what do i look for?
