These are high rate horsepower motors. The V-6 is not know for fuel efficiency. But there's the two different sizes and there's on AWD model. Then there's where you life. Since you claim to have this vehicle already, why are you asking? You should be able to tell what MPG the vehicle is delivering. This car has a feature that does that. Read the car manual. Cars have a terrain and weather and traffic and a driver that alters the efficiency. Cars a 80 MPH are not fuel efficient. The average American drivers wastes about three out of ten gallons by not knowing much as to how engines use fuel. The AC is now used 100% of the time in the AUTO mode. This is wasteful. Please speed to a mile down the road destination. Wasteful. People idle for no reason. Wasteful. Please, there's information online as to driving efficiently. Speeding does not get anyone to their destination faster. Traffic lights and traffic, etc. Takes care of any small differences. Only you can determine what is "good" on gas. But, again, you got the car already. If this car has the 305 horsepower engine and the AWD system, no it is not "good" on gas.

Not to dis Joe but he apparently has no knowledge regarding the MPG of that engine. Once again, a lot depends on how you drive, but we have an Edge with that engine and can attest to an average in everyday driving of 22/24 mpg. On highway trips that goes up to a steady 28/29 overall average. We do drive the speed limit or a notch above and have reached 30+ on a few trips depending on terrain.

Compared to a Toyota Prius it's horrendous. You'll be lucky to see 20 mpg.
