All I see here is dirt and surface rust. No reason to replace the complete floor when there's no gaping holes showing through. Just clean it thoroughly and get it sprayed with Linex or a similar spray-in bed liner. It'll cost about $300 to do the whole bed.
- Can i get out of a ford lease early? Or get a new car early? After my 2004 GTO broke down, i was forced to lease a 2014 Focus, for 3 years and had to get extended miles. Its been about 5 months since i've had the car and so far i hate it. Slow, cheaply made, stereo is terrible, no traction in winter, i don't like it at all. Is there any chance of getting out of the lease early or turning it in without hurting my credit, or even turning it in to lease a different car. Possibly a truck or taurus. Has anyone else been in this situation?
- Restoring old Ford Transit. Can't get engine to start. Any ideas please? Friend is restoring 1976 Transit Diesel. Dry stored and in excellent condition. Re-conditioned injectors, clean fuel. Engine turns over valve-gear working (belt intact). Compression, fuel at injectors, no air in system engine turning over with new battery. Apparently no heater plugs on this engine (2.4). Tried eze-start just 'coughs' but will not actually start. At wits end! Any ideas please?
- My buddy has a 99 Ford Ranger XLT 4x4 that is leaking oil from rear passenger wheel. Any ideas on why? The brake cover is not pushed all the way against the hub. There's a half inch gap between them. Don't know if that has anything to do with it. So it has nothing to do with the wheel bearing?
- Ram, Chevy, Ford or Toyota 1/2 ton? I'm looking to get a 1/2 ton truck. I like all the trucks which makes it hard to pick. Right now I have the Ram on top of my list. I would haul and go off road with. Also would use it as a family truck. I'm just looking for the truck that is best overall with power, durability, comfort and convenience. Your input is very appreciated.
