It has cop suspention, cop sway bars, and goodyear eagle ( high end ) tires. They handle pretty good.

Police cars are retrofitted with specialized suspension, tires, etc… They are not just regular, standard cars

Vickys' aren't made anymore- police now use a variety of vehicles for different purposes. Everything from SUVs and pickups to modified Ford taurus'.

Will 1mm wheel offset make a difference in handling? I'm looking for new aftermarket wheels for a 2009 Lincoln MKZ. The factory rims are 17x7.5 with an offset of 44mm (from what I can tell anyhow, Ford seems to keep this information from the dealers as they can't tell me and it isn't in the manual). However the rims I want without changing the width of the wheel have an ofset of 45mm. Will that 1mm extra make a huge difference?

Is it illegal to drive a unmarked Ford Mustang SSP police car if I'm not a cop? Okay I found this nice 1993 Ford Mustang SSP police car. It's an unmarked police car used by the Florida Highway Patrol. It is still equipped with lights and sirens and my question is would I be arrested for impersonating an officer (because I'm NOT a cop) for driving a Ford Mustang SSP unmarked police car?
