Which would be a great first car?

The preferences are fuel efficiency, suitable for an 18 year old, less flashy, less milage.

The car choices are from least to most expensive:
Certified 2011 cadillac cts with 38556 miles.
Certified 2011 Mercedes-Benz C-300 with 17846 miles.
Certified 2013 BMW 328i with 21996 miles
I have yet to have an car accident and I only have two years of driving experience. Also, I have nothing against Ford or chevorlet, It's just my dad doesn't trust them due to the number of recalls they issue. My goal with the car is to make it last longer than the average life expectancy of a car. Which car out of the three do you recommend as a good first car?

Cadillac is a Chevrolet - FYI and the CTS has a very bad reputation - do some research…
The rest are euro-trash in my opinion - expensive to own and expensive to maintain. But if someone else is paying the bills take the Beemer.

None listed for a 18 old newbie driver.

None of them get a ford

I fyour set on one of the three get THE MERCEDES BENZ, of the three the M+B is the one with the best staying power. Advice do not get a 5 cylinder

Trash the yank litter off the list.

The Beemer is the go.

Have you considered the Kia Optima? It's an affordable vehicle that gets impressive MPG and is packed with innovative features. Did we mention the industry leading warranty? You can also check out our CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) vehicles if you're interested in a used vehicle with low miles and a warranty. We hope you become part of the Kia family!

  • Would Henry Ford be sad about the state of his great company today? Ford automobiles are for the destitute among us, the poverty stricken, and are frequently given away on television. They are truly welfare on wheels. Henry was a great, rich man. What would he say to-day?
  • Which car is the best first car? - 1 I'm 16 and I'm going to be saving up to buy a car. I want to spend $1000-$5000. I will likely have it all the way through college. I'm looking for comfort, safety, space (I'd be hauling my stuff to college), and winter capability. Here is what I like. -2000-07 Ford Taurus SEL -2000-07 Mercury Sable LS Premium -2005-07 Ford Five-Hundred Limited AWD Which one should I get? I'd like to stick with a V6 that's either FWD or AWD.
  • Which car for a first car? Which one http://autos.jdpower.com/research/Volkswagen/Golf/2001/Hatchback/index.htm (convertible version) Or http://autos.jdpower.com/research/Jeep/Liberty/2005/SUV/index.htm Or http://autos.jdpower.com/research/Ford/Mustang/2003/Coupe/index.htm
  • Which car should I get as a first car? Ford fusion 06 or 07 model? Or chevy avalanche 2002 z71. And last Mazda 6 04, 05 & 07. The newer the higher the price for each model(not by much). I'm a fan of each car and model style, so really want to know which last longer, cheaper maintenance and good car for a college boy.
