If you mean emergency cut-off, then its on the passenger side, up under the glove box. (reset button)
Passenger side in the foot well behind the kick panel its called a inertia switch it could be behind the glove box too the trucks that year was passenger foot well behind the kick panel on lower right when sitting in it by your feet gently push it til it clicks you'll know right away the fuel pump should start immediately or just turn it to on and you should hear it too should have a white or maybe a red top on the switch itself
