Get a car with air bags and the current safety items. Go for safety and not speed. Your are NOT IMMORTAL and speed kills. Just watch the evening news. It can happen to you. It will be your parents and family and friends that suffer your loss. I lost my brother to a drowning accident at age 20 and my parents were never the same. No drinking or drugs if you are going to drive either.

Got LOTS and LOTS of money? That's what it's going to take to buy and insure one of those.

  • Why does my car jerk when accelerating or when I turn? I have a 1999 Ford Taurus SE. I just got an oil change. The next thing was to change the spark plugs and wires.
  • Can i get out of a ford lease early? Or get a new car early? After my 2004 GTO broke down, i was forced to lease a 2014 Focus, for 3 years and had to get extended miles. Its been about 5 months since i've had the car and so far i hate it. Slow, cheaply made, stereo is terrible, no traction in winter, i don't like it at all. Is there any chance of getting out of the lease early or turning it in without hurting my credit, or even turning it in to lease a different car. Possibly a truck or taurus. Has anyone else been in this situation?
  • My Ford Transit headlights turn on in off position and turn off in the on position? I'm a new driver, just passed my test. My van has some issue with the lights: namely, the lights turn off in the on position when the dash lights come on, and turn on when they are supposed to be off. This means that I'm driving at night without dash lights as I need to have the lights switched off in order for my headlights to be on. Might this be an electrical issue? Would anybody be able to give me advice and possibly know how much this costs to repair?
  • May car tries to turn over while the key is the accessories position. Why is that? Car is a 1971 Ford Mustang 302 5.0 V8. I replaced all the gaskets, rebuilt the carb, had a new solenoid, voltage regulator, started, coil, timing chain, and oil pump put into the car. I'm getting a new Neutral Safety switch for the vehicle but could that be it?
