Used car dealership left. What do I do?
I bought I used car from this shady dealership that worked out of a trailer. 2000 ford Taurus, I test drive it seemed fine, they wanted three thousand some odd dollars. I put 1600 down and finance the rest through them no bank loan. The car transmission light comes on next morning, I ask for money back they pull the you bought it as is card. Fast forward month later first payment due and temp tabs expired. They hold real tabs hostage for payment due. Wasn't having that cause I bought tabs when I signed paper month ago. Call cops they hand me tabs and say "we just going to repo then". Pay them hour later, they only take cash. Week later tranny blows. I call BB and general attorney file complaint. Fast forward a month 2nd payment due roll up to dealership and they're gone. Cars gone, trailer shack empty. Broken desk and furniture outside. And sign that says close. Call phone number and get boodeeboop*" this line has been disconnected". I have not herd from them no call, email, letter nothing and i still have the car hasn't been repoed. I called cops to see if it's been reported stolen, it hasn't. What do I do what are my options? I don't want this car

Unfortunately, you agreed to pay them for the car regardless of whether it runs or not.
What you want doesn't matter. You still owe them. If you don't pay they can repo it but they may not with a blown transmission.
So it might be a yard ornament for years to come.
Or you could spend money and fix it and then they repo it for non-payment.
You bought it "as is". You bought the car from someone whom, you say, seemed shady. You bought a 14 year old car. You had no independent mechanic evaluate the car. You shot from the hip and expected a miracle. It didn't happen.
That's it.
You bought the car. You are stuck with it and stuck with making payments on it. You can't just buy a used car and expect to return it. New cars have lemon laws. Used cars come with potential problems.
When you have paid it off, you can then sell it and buy something that suits you better. Until then, you are pretty much stuck with it and making any necessary repairs.
SO, WTF is the TITLE?
- Why does my car pull to the left? It's a Ford Mondeo if that's relevant. I've checked the tyre pressure & it's the same in each wheel, & the wheels are all balanced, but I have to force & hold the steering wheel to the right the whole time just to stay in a straight line, otherwise the car veers sharply to the left. As well as what's causing that problem how could it be fixed?
- Left front and rear car speakers don't work when using aux port? So I just got a 1994 Ford Mustang GT, all front and rear speakers work when I use the radio/CD, but when I plug in my aux and play my iPod, only the right side front and rear speakers work… What could be the problem?
- I took my car throughout car wash and water filled up the left headlight and blew the bulbs! What caused this? My car is a 2006 Ford Freestyle and I've had it for a few years now. Do I have to take off the whole assembly or can I just take the headlight out and fix it?
- Used car dealership doesn't have title there, weird? As a girl, I'm trying to be super paranoid about not being taken average of. I'm looking at a used Ford focus, after.test drive etc, he assured me its a clean non salvage title. I asked if I could see the title to be sure if this. He said he.doesn't have it, some other boss or something does and I have to have a level of trust with him. Do people not normally check the title before buying?
