How to disable my key of ford taurus 2012?

You can't do that yourself, you need a computer with special software to delete your keys from your control unit and to programm the keys you still have. Your dealer may be able to do that for you
You need to use the master key to change the My Key settings. If this is fleet vehicle or a vehicle that you don't own, then you won't be able to change it. Basically you need the original key the car came with. Alternatively a Ford dealer can reset it. But you'll have to provide proof of ownership.
