How to remove/disable the alarm on a 97 ford Taurus?
The alarm goes off every so often for no reason even when the car is completely unlocked, according to the manual the fuse that controls the alarm also controls some other more vital systems so can't just be removed, does anyone have any suggestions on how to quickly and easily disable the alarm, short of disconnecting the battery completely every time we're not in the car?
I would look at some diagrams on where the senors or alarm is and disconect them or the other way around if the alarm goes off when senor equals 0 but it should be 1.
Just remove the fuse simple!

- How to disable the indicator beeping in my 05 Ford F-150 XL Triton? I have problems with processing sound and little repetitive noises drive me insane. To be clear, the sound I'm referring to occurs when say the driver door is open with the keys still in the ignition without the truck running or when the seatbelt indicator is active. I'm afraid that if I do not disable this beeping that I will lose control and destroy my truck if I do not find the source of this incessant beeping and quiet it for good. - How to disable ford alarm system? I've been trying to install a aftermarket stereo in my 2006 f150 king ranch. It just won't crank when it's all wired in. I was told it's because of the security system or the factory sub. When I put in the factory stereo back in it would crank right up? Any ideas?
- Can I disable the 4wd on a 95 Ford Explorer? The transfer case is automatically switching in and out. Will even go to 4 lo while driving at high speedsand the switch is in 2wd. Can I disable this so it won't do that.
