Probably nothing; the used gasket would likely leak badly as it is likely to be damaged in its removal. It is NOT worth anything.
They are free. You just need to fish them out of the trashcan. That's where used ones go.

You Can't use used head gaskets. They will not seal and you will waste time and money if you install one. Engine gaskets are one time use only. Once they have been installed you need to replace them each time the assembly is disassembled. There are a few exceptions in certain intake and oil pan gaskets that are made of thick silicone or plastic.
Kind of like used chewing gum. Basically not reusable.
