Cost of deck installation for ford Taurus 04?
I have ford Taurus 2004 and I have the standard steered system in it. I hear it's a pain to install it in this car so how much will it be to get it installed professionally with the new parts and everything besides the deck itself?
Standared steered? Don't you mean "standard stereo?" Call an audio shop to get a quote, or visit one.
If you have manual hvac controls it's a lot cheaper than if you have the automatic temp controls.
The install kit for manual is ~$55-60. The auto kit is $180.
The work itself is nothing special. An hour at most for a professional.

- 98 Ford Taurus stereo installation? I bought the mounting kit and hooked everything Up and it works. I still have the roll of speaker wires connected to a plug, what do I do with this? Also there's no plug to fit this and no extra plug to hook up to a stereo.

Do I really need the bama hand held tuner to tune the car to the cams? Or can I also tune it on the dyno? I do have a diablo sport predator hand held tuner, but where and how do I buy a custom tune for the cams? And also when I called the shop they asked if i had an sct tuner. Which I don't i have the DS TUNER…
