Car Speakers Only Work On Left Turn?

2003 Ford Taurus SES with a custom pioneer head unit, i think they're aftermarket speakers. Wired for subwoofers but none installed, I've had it for almost a year and haven't had a problem until today. I turned on my car and the speakers wouldn't play, then the audio would play when I made a left turn that required me to turn the wheel all the way. Then I turned off the car a couple of times, restarted it and it worked fine. Then I parked my car again, and turned it on and it was back to the left thing. I don't know what's going on, but I seriously can't stand driving without some kind of audio distraction.

You did a wrong turn while watching Wrong Turn?

just kidding.

The cables could be bad. Inspect them for damages such as rat bites or pinched wires…

Also check the player if it has a balancer ( I don't know what it is called) just look for a rotary bolt with the word "balance L/R" at the bottom.

It could also be the player. The player might be malfunctioning…

Just keep making left turns
