Left Rear Wheel noise when taking a slight right turn?

I have a noise coming from my back of my Ford Focus, ( woo woo woo ) for a while now, it's driving me crazy, I can only hear it when I'm in second or third gear when turning slightly to the right, also i just realized that when in star moving or my car is reversing for a second or two I can hear a squeeking noise.
I lifted the car and checked the wheel and is moving freely with no noise whatsoever, it looked ok.
I kind of run out of ideas can anyone give any suggestions please!

1 Are the wheel nuts tight.
2 But take the wheel off anyway and check the inside wall of the tyre it may be damadged.
3 If OK remove the rear drum brake and check if the brake pads are worn if so replace, also remove an dust
you see in the drum.

Sounds like maybe you have a wheel bearing starting to fail.

May be as simple as dust in the brake drum, or could be a damaged bearing.

The tire could be out of round or out of alignment. Take it to a tire shop and have them check it out.

Check to see if your tires have small ribbing right up to the bead seal on the rim. The tires with the small ribbing are known to make a noise called tire scrunge. Make sure you have the right amount of air in the tires. I've had some luck with spraying the tire to rim bead down with silicon spray or WD-40.

Sounds like
