A tire with a 65 sidewall will be a bit taller than your 60 tire, given the 215mm figures remain constant.
You will be fine if you are on factory suspension. Your speedometer might read a little bit slower but that's it.
There's also a slight possibility the taller tires may rub the fenders when you turn.
So close you won't even notice…
